When does my order ship?
Seasonal boxes are generally delivered every 90 days in the first month of each season (September, December, March, June). If you signed up for a subscription at the end of the season, your first box will be shipped the beginning of the next season (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer).
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping to the lower 48 states is $10 but might vary depending on your delivery city and state.
Unfortunately, we have to charge a little extra for shipments to Hawaii. This is due to the extra charges related to shipping costs and taxes/duties where applicable.
Subscribers will be responsible for the cost of shipping for each box. All items you receive through the service will be shipped by a third-party carrier.
Do you ship to Canada?
Unfortunately, not. We are currently evaluating the opportunity and will keep you informed if we decide to do so in the near future.
Which carrier do you use to ship the box?
We look for the cheapest rates possible. Inside the US, either the US Postal Service or UPS will deliver the box to your door.
Can you have the delivery person leave my package at my doorstep if I'm not home?
This is up to the third party delivering your package. There’s no guaranteed way to make this happen, but a good bet is to put this type of instruction in the “Address 2” field of your shipping address.
Can you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)?
Yes, but we’ll need more information (if the fields provided at checkout do not allow for enough space). If that’s the case, please email us at email@example.com.
Are you able to guarantee delivery dates?
We get your boxes to you as fast as we can, but from time to time, there are carrier delays due to inclement weather or maintenance that are outside of our control. If a package is later than expected for this reason, we are unable to refund the amount paid for shipping.
What's your return policy?
Our boxes are a package deal, so unfortunately, we do not accept returns for the entire box contents or on an individual product basis.

What if I received a product that's broken or damaged?
First, please reference our Terms for the entire return policy. If the damage falls within our terms, email email@example.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once an order is placed and credit card authorized, cancellations are not accepted. You can only cancel your recurring subscription after the current seasonal box has been shipped to you. At that point, your cancellation will be effective as of the beginning of the next season. No returns will be accepted after processing or receiving the current seasonal box. If you would like to cancel your recurring subscription, login into your account and choose the cancellation option.
